It took 3 hours from start to finish to buy a truck. Very inefficient and slow process, no communication on what finance options available or interest rate until you are ready to finally sign the papers. No snacks or food offered during those 3 hours of waiting. Never going back or recommending Powell Watson.

Taking my truck to dealer two times already in the past month. I have only had the truck for a month and since I bought it. With the month the floor on the driver side kept getting wet. They said they could find where the water was coming from, so after a week they gave me a solution, that the front windows windows wasn't sealed properly. Took the truck home. Water keep sooking under the driver seat again. Took the truck again and this time, they said that one of the drainage hole from the AC was loose. Had my truck for a day now, and it's still getting wet again. So what are the service tech really working on if they have taken the truck apart twice already. Now what this time!

It took 8 months to finally get an appointment, than four days to fix my issues and 3 of them where not fix, the sad part is that Powell Watson is charging the manufacture for something they did not fix plus I ask to talk to the service manager, he reply to me ones and have not heard from him since last Friday. As of today, I am pending to take the truck and let them know about the poor service.

With appointment for first oil change and tire rotation ,and you said 30 min to an hour and took an hour and a half , and the paper you gave us says that you put 6 qt of oil , on a 4 qt engine ? 25 envista

My service person was Gabriel Medrano his service was awesome, but when his is out for the day, no one wants to help, I was told only mr medrano could help me to wait until he returned, I requested manager to return call and he never did, I called again to request to speak with manager he had stepped out for a few hours, when I go by in person manager is never available or is outside chatting and giggling outside, I recommend you get a manager who will attend to customers without excuses! Service sucked i bought Buick because ford, Chevrolet and Chrysler service was bad but I guess powel watson is the same, Toyota service is awesome still

I took my truck to get an oil change and when i picked it up i noticed it was leaking oil, the dip stick oil was black in color, bad service by ms campos very unprofessional, i talked to her and little to no help was offered, they werent trynna resolve my issue but blame it on me , eng oil flush was done , and brake fluid flush was done and oil is still Dark i have pictures of oil

Had been putting the service off for a few weeks but finally decided to chance it! Took a couple of weeks to schedule but happy with the results. Though a lot got done (brake flush, fuel injector flus, oil change, coolant flush, even had the windshield replaced, though the ordered part came defective, still glad I got it done in two days. Just gotta wait on the part now.

My wife and I had a bad accident which totaled our Yukon! After finding out the status of our claim we contacted Mr.Powell and asked if they would delivery a new Yukon to our house in central Texas! The previous time my tires did not get rotated this time the message of low washer fluid came on I opened the hoop and the cap was left open for the washer fluid and its empty. Your guys need to do a better job at paying attention to those things it could’ve been the oil cap or cooling cap that was left open and that would’ve caused major problems to engine..

I was pleasantly surprised upon taking our 2021 Chevy Tahoe for a fuel pump recall. I was given an appt date, brought it in and was offered a ride back, if needed. The car was serviced within a couple of hours and was promptly called to pick up at my convenience. Kudos to staff and Powel Watson Agency for quick turnaround.

The service department and there customer service sucks. With a service appointment at 9:00 am I still had to wait for an hour before they took my vehicle for service. They suck at giving up dates on the vehicle.

Was not able to get my truck serviced for my AC not working because I needed an appointment. I decided to take my truck to Cavender San Antonio because the earliest appointment was June 10th. Living in Laredo is too damn hot to be without AC. So, I just had an oil change done.

Brought in my Hummer for a faulty Battery issue and was told I could not geta Loaner Car until the vechicle was inspected by the service team to see what was exactly wrong with the Hummer. I had to spend an extra $450.00 on a rental car and lost 6 days of work due to being in Laredo Texas and not at home in Austin, Texas were I live and work. I was really supprised at this treatment being I am orginally from Laredo Texas and have bought vechicles from Powell Watson Dealership many years ago.`

I scheduled an appt at 9:30am on 6/22 for an oil change. I turned the car in that day at 9:29am. I got the car back at 5:08pm. 8 hour oil change is incredibly unreasonable given I had an appointment. I had things to do that same day, which had to be delayed due to having no car. I called GM Powell-Watson various times throughout that day and only received useless feedback. Now my car is experiencing tire sensor errors. The sensor on the tire from the drivers side is not giving any feedback. I went back the next day for this issue, and they corrected it, but later on I experienced the same problem for another tire.

Vehicle was brought in for sensor calibration and adjustment. Although the appointment was not scheduled in advance, it still took a week to accomplish this task. It still does not appear to be back to original factory specifications but I’m just going to live with it. Just like I live with it not being able to update itself when software updates are available. Just like I can’t park it outside when it’s raining because there is more than one leak. thought I was purchasing a top of the line truck when I bought a Denali Ultimate 2500 new. It was my first GMC.

Every time I go for an oil change they take more than 3 hours on my car. Every time I call to get an update, the receptionist can never give me an answer and they do give me attitude. I have to show up to get an update and my car is still not ready. This time my car took 6 hours to be ready for only an oil change. It’s ridiculous.

My truck was in your shop for 2 1/2 months waiting for a transmission. Although I had extended warranty I did not have manufacturer warranty so a loaner vehicle was not available to me. A company that prides themselves in providing great service would have found a loaner vehicle for due to the amount of time I was without a vehicle. I literally had to rent a car 6 different times due to working out of town. I will say once the transmission was available the work was done quick and finally got my truck back.

The dealership was clean and well organized, and the lobby smelled great with music playing in the background, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The vehicle selection was excellent, and our salesperson, Javier, was very polite, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

We were at the gate waiting to open for over 15 minutes then we saw people coming in thru the back, either all should be locked or none. James Moreno our advisor was excellent. Just the issue of people getting in front by going thru the back that was not right. Then we had to go in thru the back cause they did not open the gate till way after 7:30.
