Overall good experience, no pressure by salesmen or finance office.

Dropped off the truck around 11am for an oil change, I did not receive a call after they were done with the truck. I requested a courtesy wash and they told me the washer was not working, not the first time it happens to me when I have taken my truck for service. I just seen the need for advisors to have proper training on PR. Nathan was very courteous with me but should’ve taken the time to call me when my truck was ready for pick up.

Lack of communication is what is lacking from this dealership. Took my vehicle in for service and did not get any calls back for updates. I had to personally go to the dealership to get status on my vehicle. At first they couldn’t pinpoint the problem. I had to talk to the service manager who was also no help. Finally after many calls and stops at the dealership they were able to help get a rental with my extended warranty. I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday after it was “fixed”. The following day, Sunday, my check engine light came back up again. Took my vehicle back on Monday and informed them about the situation. Their explanation was that the new sensor they had changed was probably bad. Again left my vehicle there Monday and didn’t get any calls or updates from them. Tuesday afternoon rolls around and still nothing from them. I stopped at the dealership only to find out that my vehicle is parked in the back and not being worked on. After talking to Nathan he finally tells me he had talked to the mechanic and that my vehicle should be ready in an hour. If it took them an hour to get it fix, why didn’t they work on it from the beginning when I dropped it off on Monday. This dealership never calls you back, you have to be on top of them if not they slack and won’t work on your vehicle.

The service was slow , there were no updates with the status of my vehicle. I would have to call to get an update. I was told that my vehicle was ready when it wasn’t. And it was the third time that I had to take my vehicle to address the same problem.

I had a great experience on my visit at the dealership. The service Rep. Was very informative and demonstrate great customer service. I also was impressed with the fact that, the mechanic himself came out to explain the details of the service performed on my vehicle. GREAT JOB! GMC Laredo.

Poor customer service, the app for up dates for your vehicle is never used

The drop off and service was good. It was until I dealt with the young lady in the front where the problem started. Considering this was my first time getting by vehicle serviced it’s complimentary free of charge. However, the young lady was charging me $120 dollars. When I told her it was supposed to be free she responded to go ahead and pay and that would get the next one free, which I said no. It seemed she was bothered by having to do the extra work. After consulting with another young lady, who was eating and giggling with the young lady she finally resolved the issue after 10 minutes. The folks at the service department did an awesome job taking care of the vehicle. It’s when I had to deal with the people at the counter the experience was horrible. You hav e to educate your young staff on the importance of customer service and the difference it makes.

I left my car at 9:30, they said that they will call me when they’re done with the car. But never called me. I checked the link attached at text messages that shows service progress but never got updated. When I left my car, I told the guy that there is an issue with breakers, they are too loud when breaking slowly. Nobody said anything about it and the issue still happens.

Staff is easy to communicate with, vehicle was taken care of properly. Only negatives are that service appointments mean nothing here, it’s all first come first serve, and that the service area is always stacked full of vehicles.

My experience at Buick dealership was excellent! Mr. Ernesto Santos was very helpful and explained everything very well. I was charged just to be told my extended warranty would not cover the”fix” for the issue my transmission is having, on top of that after waiting for my vehicle to be brought to the front, I was told it needed to be jump started, I dropped it off with no battery issues now I can’t even lock the doors without a battery boost.

The total experience at the dealership was excellent. It started with the outstanding professionalism and courteous service Mr. Carlos Quiroga provided throughout the multiple days my vehicle was being serviced. I would regularly receive calls or text messages from Mr. Quiroga and technicians from the Service Department keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle. We this special thanks mainly goes to the mechanic and technicians who diligently put all their professionalism in troubleshooting the main issue in my sierra, and ID the problem and fixed.

Took longer than was originally told. The automated system never updated my vehicle's"Status"beyond"Checked-in". I had to call in person to get updated. Bought a Upgrade Kit for my power mirrors and now the drivers side won't close(was the passenger side that has the original problem)hence the"Upgrade Kit". Know I have to bring it back again 😢

Came in for oil change. Picked up vehicle and drove home. Noticed oil leak on driveway. Vehicle had never had leak. If there was a leak why wasn’t it reported during oil service? Returned to dealer next day. Vehicle left for further inspection. Never contacted thru out day with update. Arrived at dealer and informed vehicle needed oil pan resealed. Verbally told pan has no signs of cracks or surfaces damages.

I had a great experience with the service department at Powell Watson. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and welcoming. They clearly explained what my car needed and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process—no surprises or unnecessary upselling. It’s been about two weeks since I got my car back, and the A/C is working perfectly. With this Texas heat, that fix made a huge difference! I left feeling confident in their work and will definitely be returning for future service needs

Having to wait two hours for an oil change/tire rotation is unacceptable. I think what makes it worse is that I had an appointment. Service advisor provided good service, but the overall experience was not pleasant.

Taking my truck to dealer two times already in the past month. I have only had the truck for a month and since I bought it. With the month the floor on the driver side kept getting wet. They said they could find where the water was coming from, so after a week they gave me a solution, that the front windows windows wasn't sealed properly. Took the truck home. Water keep sooking under the driver seat again. Took the truck again and this time, they said that one of the drainage hole from the AC was loose. Had my truck for a day now, and it's still getting wet again. So what are the service tech really working on if they have taken the truck apart twice already. Now what this time!

It took 3 hours from start to finish to buy a truck. Very inefficient and slow process, no communication on what finance options available or interest rate until you are ready to finally sign the papers. No snacks or food offered during those 3 hours of waiting. Never going back or recommending Powell Watson.

It is a really way to handle service appointments. I have never had to way days go get a diagnostic of something had already been discussed in a previous oil change service that was not addressed then. I’m considering moving back to my Lexus!

It took 8 months to finally get an appointment, than four days to fix my issues and 3 of them where not fix, the sad part is that Powell Watson is charging the manufacture for something they did not fix plus I ask to talk to the service manager, he reply to me ones and have not heard from him since last Friday. As of today, I am pending to take the truck and let them know about the poor service.

I took my truck to get an oil change and when i picked it up i noticed it was leaking oil, the dip stick oil was black in color, bad service by ms campos very unprofessional, i talked to her and little to no help was offered, they werent trynna resolve my issue but blame it on me , eng oil flush was done , and brake fluid flush was done and oil is still Dark i have pictures of oil

The previous time my tires did not get rotated this time the message of low washer fluid came on I opened the hoop and the cap was left open for the washer fluid and its empty. Your guys need to do a better job at paying attention to those things it could’ve been the oil cap or cooling cap that was left open and that would’ve caused major problems to engine..
